Requirements to become a firefighter

Must be 19 years of age
Must Possess a high school diploma or GED
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license
Must be in good physical condition
Must have NO felony convictions

Joining Process

Complete Application forms and provide necessary documentation.
Participate in three (3) hours of volunteer time (training and business meetings count).
Stand for a vote by the members at the next business meeting.
